In 1992, we moved from London, England to Tampa Bay, Florida because of the incredible location. We soon developed a keen interest in buying our own real estate investment properties and in 2004 became licensed real estate professionals (Realtors). Since then we have been helping buyers and sellers from the UK and USA sell or buy their piece of paradise here in beautiful Tampa Bay.

My Background

In 1992, I moved from London, England to Seminole, Florida because of the incredible location. Midway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, it was just minutes from the beautiful Gulf Beaches.Plus, excellent schools which were a very important consideration for me and my family. Although I came to this country a Registered Nurse, I was swept up by the passion to buy and sell real estate on a full-time basis, so I devoted my time and energy into getting my license and in 2004, I became a full-time Realtor.

There is nothing more exciting to me than helping people relocate to this area from within the USA or from another country. I remember how challenging an experience it was coming from England and I have dedicated my time since arriving in getting to know the surrounding area and the people who make up our wonderful communities. Today, I have two sons in the military and a daughter in university. We also have two amazing grand children. When not working in real estate I enjoy coaching soccer (Football) and spending time with my family.

I am never pushy or aggressive with my buyers because I understand the fact that you need time to find the perfect home and we have them here. I also hold the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation which is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.

Additional Services

I also have plenty of experience when it comes to foreclosures and short sales. Plus, I am recognized as an expert in this field by the National Association of Realtors and hold the Short sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation.
